How to prevent the conveyor belt running off and the solution to solve it

Take the centerline of the belt running direction as the reference, ensure that all rollers, belts, brackets, and idlers are on the centerline, and ensure that the level (or inclination) error of the conveyor belt is small and kept in a straight line.

The horizontality and verticality of the frame, roller and idler meet the requirements of the specification.

Use reliable tape, and the joints should be straight and smooth, and the force should be even.

Make the feed inlet parallel to the conveyor belt, and ensure that the feed falls on the center line of the conveyor belt, the height does not exceed 0.6m, and the feed impulse is small and uniform. Strict quality control from the source of installation can effectively prevent the conveyor belt from deviating.

Grasp the law and correct the deviation: The deviation of the belt conveyor has a certain law, which can be summarized as "running tight but not loose, running high but not low, and not running before running".

In other words, when the tension on one side of the tape is high and relatively tight, and the other side is low and relatively loose, it will be biased toward the tight side.

When the running direction of rollers and other devices and the conveyor belt are not on the same horizontal line, but one side is high and the other is low, the conveyor belt will shift to the high side;When the roller bracket and other devices are not on the section perpendicular to the running direction of the conveyor belt, but on the front and back (depending on the running direction of the conveyor belt), the conveyor belt will deviate to the back.Pay attention to observation during work, master regular deviation faults, and eliminate them item by item.First, the belt runs to the same side under no load and heavy load. It means that the tightness of the two sides of the tape is different, and the tape will run off the tight side.At this time, the deviation can be corrected by adjusting the tension or counterweight of the tensioning mechanism.

The tape always runs sideways when it is empty. Then adjust several sets of roller brackets on the deviation side, move forward about 10-20 (mm) at the same time along the running direction of the belt, and move more roller sets forward on the deviation side, so that the correction effect is better.Third, the tape runs sideways and the direction is not fixed, indicating that the tape is too loose. The tension adjustment mechanism is adopted to increase the tension and correct the deviation. The deviation of the tape at the drive roller indicates that the verticality of the roller is in error or unilateral wear. Deviations can be corrected by adjusting the level and parallelism of the rollers or repairing wear. Fifth, when the belt deviates at the reversing roller, which side is deviated, that is, the roller shaft on that side moves forward along the running direction of the conveyor belt to solve the deflection correction.
